Meet Leslie Layne

Real Estate has given me the opportunity to do two things I truly love: serve our community and help others grow. As a Designated Managing Broker, I'm passionate about coaching and mentoring agents so they can build successful, fulfilling careers while delivering exceptional service to their clients. Watching agents develop their confidence, skills and businesses is one of the most rewarding parts of my role.

Licensed since 2004, I have spent more than 20 years mentoring new and experienced agents in the industry. I enjoy sharing practical guidance on market strategy, negotiation, client relationships and business development ~ helping agents navigate challenges while building systems for long-term success. My goal is to create a collaborative environment where agents feel supported, encouraged and empowered to achieve their goals.

In June 2019, I was honored to be named the Designated Managing Broker for the Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group Yorkville office. Through a focus on leadership, training and collaboration, our office was recognized as the Top Office in Illinois in 2020. In January 2022, I also became the Designated Managing Broker for our Illinois Commercial team, where I have focused on developing processes, resources and support systems to help our commercial experts grow and thrive.

In addition to leadership and coaching, I remain passionate about the real estate experience itself ~ helping buyers find the home of their dreams and assisting homeowners in maximizing the value of their property through strategic marketing, strong negotiation and clear communication.

A lifelong resident of the Fox Valley area, I grew up in Oswergo, lived in St. Charles for several years and now call Sugar Grove home with my husband and our three active children. When I'm not working with agents or clients, you'll usually find me cheering on my kids at their various events and activities.

Whether I'm guiding agents in their professional growth or helping clients navigate the buying and selling process, I truly enjoy working with great people and helping them achieve their dreams.
